Hi, I’m Amie Barsky.
I didn’t come to this work from a textbook, I came to it because I needed it.
There was a time in my life where I looked like I had it all together…but internally, I felt overwhelmed, disconnected, and stuck in patterns I couldn’t think my way out of.
It wasn’t until I started working with my body — through breath, somatics, and nervous system work, that things actually began to shift.
Not just in how I thought…but in how I felt, how I showed up, and how I related to myself and others.
Now, I guide others through that same process.
My approach is grounded, trauma-informed, and deeply human.
