EGGS!

EGGS, one of my favorite foods loaded with a multitude of benifits NOT just a high protein source. Usually a breakfast item for most, my morning omelets are stuffed with spinach and tomatoes. An afternoon meal, I love hard boiled eggs and some raw veggies when I'm on the go. I try my best to support the community by buying organic range-free eggs from local farms. Eggs are certainly a source of my daily protein intake but there are plenty of other benefits of eating eggs!
