Hi Shift Makers! 

Welcome to your Head & Heart Lesson Guide. YES, I am so excited you are here! 

On this page you will find your Head and Heart coursework. These are gentle guidelines, please feel free to go at your own pace. I encourage you to do your guided meditation every day to build your foundation for a clear mind and open heart each day. My mentor shared this with me and I want to share it because I LOVE IT -  RPM - rise, pee, meditate! YES- right when I wake up, pee and go for it. When I do it first thing in the morning it sets a tone for my day. I feel grounded, energized & confident.

Try and spend at least 20-30 minutes on a lesson each day, schedules fill up, life is happening, DO YOUR BEST- if you "fall off" just get back on as quickly, judgement free and compassionately as possible. I encourage you to connect with other Shift Makers in our Facebook community! It's undeniably powerful when you surround yourself with likeminded people, read inspiring posts, share your progress AND your challenges, know that you belong to beautiful community, a safe space to express, connect & motivate each other. Studies have shown that when you have a support group, accountability partners and other like minded people who are set out to achieve similar goals have a much higher success rate than those who don’t. 

 

As long as you are making progress then your SHIFT is happening! For your head and heart lessons you will need a journal or notebook.
