What is Breathwork?
Breathwork may be “trending” right now, the truth is it has been around for centuries. This ancient practice has been a powerful modality to move stuck energy and experience deep healing for thousands of years. Your breath has been and always will be the most natural medicine you can give to yourself.
Breathwork creates space to express unresolved emotions, childhood wounds, past pain and trauma. A place to feel, process and heal your body on all levels.
The Science
Science has taught us that "This body remembers what the mind forgets." Meaning, your mind is designed to delete & distorts thoughts and memories to keep you safe. Your body is a living library of your entire life, storing everything you've ever experienced in life.
When you breathe with an intentional rhythm and conscious patterning you shift into an altered state of consciousness. This experience allows you to soften your analytical mind so your body can guide the way towards deep healing.
You will have a transformative and healing journey by simply surrendering & allowing yourself to breathe, feel & be in the experience.

I am a high energy, firecracker devoted to guiding others towards living their best lives, one breath at a time. My own journey to healing my past pain from emotional & physical abuse in childhood, sexual assault, divorce and sudden death of my brother, sparked my desire to support others.
Through years of working with the some of the best trauma, somatic and spiritual teachers in the world, my passion is to bridging ancient knowledge, science and spirituality so that you walk away with a complete mind, body and soul transformation.
I guide groups, individuals and organizations on how to move through overwhelm, negative thoughts, anxiety, low self esteem & past trauma so they can feel confident, energized & committed to living from a place of joy & worthiness.

Trauma
Trauma is when the body experiences a heighten emotional state “too much, too fast, too soon”in the nervous system. It doesn’t matter what “level” of trauma externally. What matters is how your body responded to it internally. When your nervous system can’t processes it or handle this heightened state it automatically (unconsciously) goes into a survival response flight, flight, freeze, or fawn.
Breathwork supports regulating your nervous system.
Emotions
Emotions are like an internal GPS. They are a signal for you to pay attention, that something feels “off.” If, in the past, you dismissed or suppress them, or were told not to express, what happens? They are stored in your body and that’s what shows up when you get “triggered” in your present life. You snapping at the people you love most is your body wanting to free these trapped emotions.
Breathwork supports releasing stuck emotions.

it can manifest into anxiety, overwhelm, sadness, depression. Even physical

Safety is of upmost importance.
Due to the nature of this work, the deep processes and Breathwork there are certain contraindications that will stop you from being able to attend. They are:
Epilepsy, Diabetes, Pregnant, Severe Asthma, History of seizures, High blood pressure, Diagnosed Severe PTSD, Cardiovascular problems, Heart disease / conditions, History or diagnosis of aneurisms, Adverse reactions from recent Covid Vaccination, Detached Retina, Recent physical injuries, fractures and/or surgeries, Severe mental health conditions (bipolar, schizophrenia, or psychosis), Hospitalization for any psychiatric condition, emotional crisis, spiritual emergence within the past 3 years. Currently taking heavy medication that alters brain chemistry (anti-depressant, anti-anxiety, anti-psychoticAny other medical, psychiatric or physical conditions that would impair or affect your ability to engage in activities involving intense physical and/or emotional release.
